For the sake of humor! A scantily equipped rest area- perhaps the sign of hard times and cut-backs! We came across this somewhere in Washington State, U.S.A- the perfect rest stop for the uninhibited! (Don't be offended, we have long stretches in Canada without anything at all). For whoever left this behind, imagine how annoyed or perhaps even amused they became the next time they tried to find their porta potty, suddenly remembering they had left it far too many miles behind on the side of the highway!!!
