Description
The impressive Rhine House was completed in 1884 by Architect Albert Schroepfer and was Frederick Beringer's Napa Valley residence. It has beautiful exterior stonework, stained-glass windows and interior wood paneling - all exhibiting exceptional artistry and workmanship. When building his 17-room mansion, Frederick Beringer wanted to create a California villa that reminded him of the family's impressive German home on the Rhine. Beringer Vineyards is the oldest continuously operating winery in California's Napa Valley. "Beringer's Rhine House"
