Description
An eye-catching Cooper's Hawk juvenile (Accipiter cooperii) sits on a perimeter fence scanning for lunch in the rain. The top rail of the fence was recently dislodged and the wire damaged by a bear who climbed over it. Image taken in late summer in the Okanagan Valley in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
